"Your country smoked sausage is just the best I ever had. You beat Drigger's and Bradley's Country Store by a mile. My first thought upon inspecting the sausage was that it was pale in color that it might have lots of fat in it - With the first bite, I knew that the pale color came from lean white meat cuts of pork and not FAT! Wow! This is good sausage. The smoking is just right. The seasoning is just right.
