Kinner Sausage Links with Scalloped Potatoes
Peel and slice 5 or 6 large potatoes
Dice 1/4 to 1/2 onion
Par boil 1 package Kinner link sausage for 5 minutes -
drain - slice sausage links.
In 13 by 9 inch glass baking dish, layer the sausage with potatoes, onion, and small bag of mini carrots - Top with sliced Summer Squash.
In sauce pan bring to boil 3 cups of milk and stir in 1 Tablespoon
of prepared mustard.
Stir 1/4 cup of Argo Cornstarch into 1/2 cup of water until smooth.
Stir this into just boiling milk - remove from burner pour over sausage
and potatoes.
Cover with foil - bake at 375 approx. 30 minutes or
until pototoes are tender.
